Meet the Founder

Dr. Landis Mains PT, DPT, FAAOMPT

Spine Performance Lab was founded with a clear purpose: to provide a higher level of care than what most people experience in traditional rehabilitation settings.

I am a fellowship-trained physical therapist with over five years of experience specializing in advanced spine and orthopeadic care. My clinical background includes working with a wide range of orthopedic and workers’ compensation cases, where I developed a strong focus on solving complex pain presentations and helping individuals return to full function safely and efficiently.

My training includes a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Grand Canyon University and a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Midwestern University. I completed my fellowship training through Manual Therapy Institute, earning the FAAOMPT designation, which represents the highest level of clinical training orthopaedic manual physical therapy.

In addition to fellowship training, I am certified in dry needling, cupping therapy, and blood flow restriction training, allowing me to integrate multiple advanced techniques into a comprehensive, results-driven approach.

Throughout my career, I saw a consistent problem: patients were often rushed through visits, given generic exercise programs, or left with temporary relief that caused reliance on continuous treatments. That approach does not align with how the body actually heals or performs.

Spine Performance Lab was built to change that.

Every client I work with receives one-on-one care, a clear plan, and a results-driven approach that combines precise interventions. The goal is not just to help you feel better - it is to help you move better, perform better, and stay pain-free long term.

Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain, recovering from injury, or trying to return to lifting, training, or daily activities without limitation, my focus is on helping you regain full confidence in your body.

This is not standard care. This is a higher standard.
